I was at the Dinagyang too – my first time and the week before that at Sinulog – also my first time. Better in Iloilo because it didn’t rained, but had a blast at both festivals.
I have friends who went to cebu and it was raining nga daw. Next year, I’ll try to be in Cebu for the Sinulog festival. 🙂 such colorful festivals, sinulog and dinagyang!
